I can't think of a site where I've not had all the hole cards shown at some point in a hand history. It's not exactly a major issue as long as it's a rare occurence or used to prove someone wasn't colluding.

but it would seem that everyone that requested hand histories during this time got to see everyone's hole cards. could possibly be a few hundred people.

As long as it's a rare error, I still fail to see what the problem is, even if it's everyone on the site for a short period.

The point made about it being surprising that they haven't automated it yet is the only sensible criticism really.
