Alright, here's why it's old.
Exhibit A) The big white building with no writing on the top.
Used to be the BellSouth building, but then they got bought by AT&T so they had to take the BellSouth off. That happened about a year ago. About 6 months ago they put up the new AT&T logo. Your picture has neither, thus it is old.
Exhibit B) The straight ahead skyline
You can barely see the new E&Y building, but it's there. However, the Twelve building is basically just a frame in the picture and almost completed now.
And next time you want to drive through you are plzd to be asking permission.
