Default 5/10 River line for set in 3-bet pot

Villan isn't really a regular, but I've played with him a few times. I have him as 24/18.5/3.2 and I'm playing 22/18/4.

I was confused by his line because I expected him to c-bet most of the time here. So I figured by just calling the turn he was pretty weak, possibly having KJ, QJ, AT, etc...maybe KQ.

BB: $1,633
UTG: $2,645
Hero (MP): $1,042
CO: $1,433
BTN: $1,054
SB: $990

Pre-Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (MP)
UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $35</font>, CO folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $120</font>, 2 folds, Hero calls $85

Flop: ($255) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($255) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $150</font>, BTN calls $150

River: ($555) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)

So my question: what's the best line here? CRAI? If we value bet, are we calling a shove?
