lol exaggeraments but come on, the majority of athletes i've known had to be forced to even do the minimum amount of calisthenics necessary for basic injury prevention

i have started stretching my quads, hamstrings, calves, and all the the leg muscles for like a half hour two times a day.
when i went to the doc for tendonitis a couple yeaars ago he said it was cause the muscles my legs were too tight and puttting constnat pressure on my knee.
