There is a black list and white list going up. The UK has attempted for awhile now to require some socially responsible behavior by the gaming industry. Not a bad idea, but they are terribly [censored] amateurish. They get credit for trying, but definitely a D- for aptitude. For a country where no one goes to jail for anything, they seem to be saying if you run ads from black list sites, you will go to jail. That right there would concern me free speech wise, but i guess Euros rolled over on free speech in the 30s.
