If I restart FTP without running the SNGStarter then all is fine and my stats are fine and the titles update. If i then start the SNGstarter the titles once again stop updating. I am not running any other scripts. Anyone have any ideas?

Very strange. The script never writes to the title so it can't be a bug about that. FTP client is very fragile so it's not that strange if it stops working because AHK is reading titles and moving tables, but I have no idea what could cause it and it's pretty strange if it just started when it worked before.
I suggest you try the software forum, those guys understand strange things.
