This looks fine to me. As long as you play AA AK this way sometimes and mix things up this is standard. Not doing it is fine to. I think checking it down in this spot the majority of the time is probably the best play, but firing at pots no one seems interested with a one way nut draw a decent portion of the time should be part of everyones game.
