Default Sportsbook.com withdrawel check

Hi, first time poster-losin' the 2+2 Virginity...
I have a question for anyone who has played for a while on Sportsbook.com:
I recently started playing there and requested my first cashout. I was very disappointed and annoyed to find out that the only method was via courier check. To make matters worse, to be eligible for express shipping the check has to be under $2500...
Anyways, the one good part was the check was at my house within 5 days, but the problem is I'm having trouble cashing it. For several reasons I do not want to deposit the check into my personal checking account, but my only option right now is a Money Mart for a 10% fee (RIDICULOUS!)...I talked to customer service via live chat on the website, and the rep kept telling me to go to a JP Morgan Chase despite the fact that I repeatedly let him know that I live in CA and there are no Chase branches in CA.
Does anyone know another bank or cashing agency that will take care of the Sportsbook.com checks for a reasonable fee? thanks for the help....

PS-It is also ridiculous that on the site it clearly states several times that withdrawels are processed via a "certified cashier's check", and that the check is cashable anywhere. Way incorrect, as its def not a cashier's check, and Bank of America AND Wells Fargo would not cash it for me (I even have an account @ BofA)
