Default AA deep in a 3-bet flop on a monotone board

This is the first session I played with the villain. I don't have any reads other than he seems to open a lot (with small raises of 2x to 3x the bb) from MP, CO, and the BTN. I've 3-bet him a couple of times when he raised 2x the bb on the cutoff and he called and folded to a flop bet each time. I'm playing without a HUD so I don't have any stats.

I'm often conflicted in hands like this between raising the flop or just calling and seeing a turn card.
