stop and going is terrible. I see that play all the time and it's one of the worst moves you can make because it shows you just don't get what you're trying to do...if you were ahead of him PF somehow, why are you now shoving when there's a good chance you're not? if he has a big pair and there's no A/K on the flop, what are you doing?
I mean, *calling* preflop w. no plan is certainly not good, but it's miles ahead of a stop and go
