Return to your front rack, or something close to it. You don't need to pause, but touch and go-- at least that is what I do. I don't have a very good front rack because of flexibility, but even if I did, I think I'd do it the same.
edit: I just watched one of the Rippetoe vids. And the folks are doing it like I do it-- it's not exactly the front rack, as they keep their elbows "loaded" and ready to drive the bar up, but the bar goes down to the clavicle/front delts.
