my mind is having a very difficult time wrapping around this notion. yes, i know there's like, 700000 threads about this week's college football, or teh college football season in general, or the big 12, or the BCS, or the KU v Mizzou matchup tomorrow.

this still deserves its own thread, as far as i'm concerned
