If I was in your situation I would deposit 50$ to a site with microlevels. You have to play the smallest limit there and work your way up to the bigger limits.
Money won't mean anything to you at these levels, so you can fully concentrate on your decisions. Never sit down with more than 5% of your Bankroll. If you can't find the motivation for these levels, maybe poker is nothing for you.
