i) He's probably raising something like 66+, AJs+.
ii) Villain is very aggressive postflop, so you could be trapping with AA/KK about 10 % of the time. I expect you to re-raise 99+, AQs+ the rest of the time, so low to medium pocket pairs makes up the biggest part of your range.
iii) I'll call with 22-77/88 here I guess. Sometimes I'll call with some SCs (and sometimes fold or re-raise).
