According to Wiki, it was approved by national referendum in 1999. And is the 26th Constitution in Venezuelan history since 1811. Looks like they go through Constitutions pretty quickly. Might want to consider the American model of just ignoring and discarding the existing Constitution when it becomes inconvenient. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
