Default Thurs night NCAA football

I'm on USF and Utah for tonight.

Continue to feel that Rutgers is somewhat overrated partly due to their success last year still.
I guess people are 'believers' in USF but really aren't in that so many seem to expect them to fall apart. Obviously that may happen but I really think these guys are pretty damn good.

Even Rutgers 34-13 win over lousy Syracuse last week wasn't that impressive. They were still up only 24-14 to start the 4th Q before finally putting them away.

Home-field advantage should be significant for Rutgers tonight and that's a pretty big concern of mine. They'll go pretty crazy in that place but I still like USF to be really motivated for this game and to pull it out.

TCU does not impress me. Barely beat a Stanford team that admittedly might be a bit better than people originally thought of course. Lost to a Wyoming team 20-3 that is decent but certainly not great.
TCU's other recent wins were 21-7 over SMU and 24-12 over winless Colo St neither of which really impress me too much.

Utah of course had the big win at LVL and previously the blowout win at UCLA.
Couple of unimpressive wins over Utah St and SDSU also so they do seem to be inconsistent. But for this game I really expect them to be fully motivated again like their other big wins and getting 3.5 points I just can't turn them down.
