Bet, there are so many hands that will give you action now but won't later.

I think some people are underestimating how much you can get from a "6-outer" like AJ that hits the turn. But some people will be cautious on at least some of their overcards (the A in the case of AJ), and maybe on both of them. And even if there are more outs to make a good one pair hand for someone than gutshot and oversets outs, you always stack off to the latter, and do not usually stack the one pairs.

Let T9, JJ, TT, 88, etc. put money in now, bet small enough that some [censored] might peel with overcards or a 5. Just under half pot/45k sounds good.
