Mini-bet as quickly as you can, and then steal the blinds.

If you're playing in a live tourney and someone keels over at the table, call time on him while you're waiting for the medics to arrive.

Show no mercy.

Ok, seriously -- there is no ettiquite breach in trying to steal all his chips.

More interesting question -- there are three (or 4) left in a SnG, and someone disconnects.

Now, I think we all agree that there's nothing wrong with the people with the connection grabbing the poor schmo's chips. But -- if they talk around the table and agree not to bet and how to split the swag, is this collusion?

I say yes. They can implicitely agree by their actions, but not explicitly do so.
