ahhh I see the problem .
The simulator assumes that if you fold then you're down 0.5 in EV but this is not true . Once you post the sb , it's not yours anymore , so your EV for folding is 0 and NOT -0.5 .
Notice that -0.5 + 0.1666666 = -0.3333333333
