AFAIK, there is not. Sometimes the games aren't even annouced until they are released. Other times they are announced anywhere from a day before, to a few days before. In the US, the VC games are added every Monday at 9am PST (12pm EST). I usually check the GameFAQs message board to see if there are updates on the VC games because the posters over there always post it the moment the news is available.
