it usually takes all day to develop, and it happens when i've been on for about 2+ hours in evening...after a lunch and mid afternoon session.
i 3-5 table 6max games, and it happens after about 900 hands. if i run 600+ in any single session, i can start to feel it coming on.
but i'm sure its an individual thing, and you develop a "tolerance" to it like anything else. its all in what you get used to.
