Do you mean patched properly at a good tire place, or plugged at a crappy gas station?

If you mean plugged it's going to explode and kill you. You have to get them properly patched.

Les Schwab here in the good ol' west does it for free. Even if you didn't buy the tires from them (although I think that's an official requirement, they never ask).
