I think calling is better than 4betting or folding. Hero has position and does not necessarily have to play middle pairs for set value. I'll float a lot of cbets as long as the flop isn't outrageously broadway oriented, and then play poker on the turn.

I think this is the right way to go. What about lower pairs like 22-77? Do you call and play for set value or just let them go? (assume 100b, villain isn't an idiot)
