With a VPIP over 50, I wouldn't be calling this a blind steal, it's more like raising a hand that's past his range.

Honestly, if he's aggro, and has such high stats, there's much better ways to take his money than getting into 3-barrel bluffs. Raising KT in position against him is a great start, and definitely a value play, not a bluff/steal. He's not the guy you want to bluff anyway, he's the guy you want to take to valuetown. So keep playing it this way through the flop, then chill out. If he habitually calls c-bets, then we have to get a new plan.
