Why would you fold 3rd? You're 41% vs. both KK and QQ so the 3-bet on 3rd looks correct... This is hi-lo remember...

Well there is a 7, a Q, and a K for atleast a complete. Not sure if this hand is strong enough. You are probably behind for both high and low. Fold, call, or reraise are all possible.
