I would fold.
UTG could be bluffing, and if UTG+1 didn't call, I would consider long and hard to call. The check on the flop from UTG , in retrospect, could be a standard check after hitting his 55 or 66 wired pair.
The 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] on the turn could indicate a possible wired 33, which may also explain the min-raise PF. Given that there are two hearts on the turn + a slightly more coordinate board, I would be more inclined to think that UTG has a set.
I would peg UTG+1 on a wide range of hands, but it doesn't really matter to me. The fact that he calls the all-in tells me he is willing to showdown. I think that TPTK will not hold up here.
