I do not see a need for this confrontation. Any K or Axc has you beat. If you have no read on your opponent & he has no read of you, it would be best to fold and keep the rest of your stack for future battles. You would have t3005 left (M=13) after the fold.
That flop is just too ugly for QQ. He may be bluffing you out, but are you willing to bet your tournament on it?
