Kahnawake Gaming Commission owns Absolute Poker, and is a rubber-stamp anyway. There is no regulation of online poker.

Maybe not in this case, as there is an obvious conflict of interest. They are in Canada? I guess in tribal territory? I wonder if they signed NAFTA. Are there any outside agencies that have any level of authority here?
