The problem with the way you've played your hand is that it looks a lot more like a weak ace (which is essentially the hand you have) than a draw.

Because your hand is pretty much turned over, it makes it a whole lot easier for him to c/r for value if he's ahead as he assumes you'd bet a hand of your strength for value yourself.

It also makes it easier for him to c/r bluff as he realizes you probably don't have anything that can stand the heat..... so please check.
