In addition, I think that this situation with FULL RAKE is a little bizarre, because 2p2 is not the moral police, and if FULL RAKE is to be permanently banned, no moderator should cite 'ripping people off for rakeback money' as a reason for the ban. I'm sure he gave Ryan Beal several reasons to ban him, but Moderators should be more careful when choosing the language they use in regards to a situation that deals with the TOS, because 'ripping people off for rakeback money' or 'admitting to be a former thief' is not in the TOS, and I think you'd be hard pressed to derive those reasons from the language used in the TOS.
