Maybe the former, but even if there was no 1K event goiong on, I'd probably be playing poker just like I do every Sunday. For me, New Year's Eve seriously kinda sucks for going out to clubs and restaurants, and the tournaments will be over in time for me to chill out at the turn of midnight.
