In both of these hands I flopped a flush draw in position. The pots were big enough that I am close to pot committed. I'm sure I really suck in these spots because I don't know why I'm doing what I'm doing.
First one is from FTP 55k. Villain is a good player and has been 3 betting frequently.

In both of these hands I don't rate to be ahead and don't have a lot of fold equity. Checking behind and folding to a turn bet seems like I'm throwing away lots of value. Thoughts on all actions appreciated.
