bet 6-7 on the flop. $5 cbets on a J high, two-heart, $8 flop are not going to have a great success rate. why? easy for draws/overs to call, too tempting to float, and hard for him to put you on a hand that hit that flop. a $4-5 cbet makes a lot more sense on an A26 rainbow flop.
as played I fold pretty quickly, villain is playing the oldest chat trick in the book on you (hint: he has you crushed). i do this all the time on people and it works way too often.
