I guess my reason for the small river bet was a cross between value and probe. The check on the turn kind combined with the preflop call led me to think he could easily have 88 or 99 and there's pretty much nothing I beat except for TT.

How could I have played this better?

Oh, villain is 56/11/1 if that's any help. Which I guess means I could add 89 or A9 or something to his pfr.
