Not really, since Bruce wanted to know how well his flush draw fares against possible three-of-a-kind hands.

And the short answer is, they're weaker. Let's give Bruce 83[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on a turn board of Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Against a full house, he's already dead. Against any 2x, he has seven outs and not the standard nine, because 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and x[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (i.e. the trip-holder's kicker) are not outs.

So he has seven outs max, and that should be reduced due to the probability that he's already drawing dead.
