Yeah, the play looks fine. He could have some 9 to win, or he could have something like TT, JJ, QQ, AA as his pre-flop 3bet would indicate as well as his flop re-raise/call on your 3-bet, perhaps out of fear of a 3rd 9 vs his 2 pair.

It looks like he was afraid of trip 9's until the T hit. He could have a huge hand, but due to his flop and turn play, you def. should be value betting the KK. His raise means you very well might be beat on that board, but a call is definitely correct.

Played well imo.
