I would advise against translating your book yourself unless you can team up with a French native who has a good level of written French and at least has a fair understanding of poker and some practice of online poker.
Most French people speak French with no problem, that doesn't make them writers because written French is actually trickier than even the layman French may think.
If you do decide to translate yourself (which is okay but maybe not the best choice) I can help you order a french keyboard. you might start there :

You might look at the kind of keyboard the swiss or the Luxemburgers use, there may be something with qwerty AND accents because I don't think you are willing to use azerty layout.
