Against an LP this can go either way, against a LAG a check is definitely best.

I usually just bet the turn here, but I like the check. I think it is good. I usually have even a little info even subconscious which helps me decide whether to bet or check.

He limp/called preflop and most of these players are typically bad, so I like to bet turn and bet river here. If he c/r turn I am definitely folding.

A player who limps UTG, calls a raise then c/c a pfr on AA-x flop is rarely c/ring the turn with a hand like 22.
