i'll do rand() to determine order and who goes first in setup phase

i'll do tables, but not the graphics for the setup since it'll be so fast

basically, first person just says which boat and what type (sailor or passenger {s or p for short}) they wish to place here on the thread; we'll post in order until all 36 guys are on a boat
