that he c/c a 7 or 9 on the flop and then decided to bet the river?
I don't know his play looks fishy to me and I think I look him up. I guess folding is best but I'm a SD monkey and I don't like folding to LAG donks on river cards that obviously didn't hit their hands. I also probably don't raise the flop and just call down barring really bad turns or rivers.
