Nearly every poster in politics and SMP disagrees strongly with this. Not to mention you have no basis to objectively say they're not the same person.
Maybe they're not, I bet a lot on them being the same, just search Hopey's posts about this in SMP. Or the "coincidence" that following temp bans handed out to Skidoo Sharkey would magically appear.
edit= Or did TomCollins mean "they" as in Sharkey/Skidoo and SLP?
