Default UB problem- can\'t get to My Account page

I've been having a problem with the UB client getting to the "Cashier & My Account" page for about a week. Whenever I click on that button on the side bar I get a message that says "Please click on the my account page! If it is still an issue, close and restart the application and re-login."

I have tried this hundreds of times, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, and even went to a friend's house where I saw his account work fine, but then signed on to my account on his computer and received the same message.

I have also emailed UB support on multiple emails a few times for the past week but have gotten no response.

Right now I can't redeem my rakeback or make any withdrawals. I have been able to play on my account, though, which I have continued to do for the past week.

Has anyone else had this problem before or know a way to contact UB where I will actually get an answer?
