Default Re: CDs?

A 30 year treasure bond is yielding 4.86 right now. By contrast ING (I only checked their site since they usually have one of the higher interest rates for checking so I am guessing they pay CDs well also) has a 1 year CD at 4.90 as well as a 5 year at 4.75.

I am pretty sure you can not add to a CD after you get one. However you can always get another CD. Also I am pretty sure CDs do not go 30 years out. ING stops at 5 years. I think most other places do as well.
