I'm confused. Isn't your bank account number, routing number, name and address on every paper check that you write? My wife still writes alot of checks and no one has ever stolen all our money.

If he gives me permission to take $50 out of his account, its not bank fraud.

In any case, if you don't believe me, go to E-trade or something similar if you have an account. You can transfer money into your e-trade account with only this information.
