Default How to make an animated gif from an avi file ? a.k.a video avatar
Hello,

im currently trying to make a video avatar, after i had hard time cutting the video to keep the sequences i want, i am now with a big avi file (140MB) which i want to become a small gif (80X80). How can i do that ?

Help me please !
