For all those that care I figured out the problem.

I play on fulltilt, whenever someone is disconnected or 'requests time' the converter does not understand the action and logs it as an error. I've gone through my hand histories and deleted these manually, but it is a hassle. Any ideas how I can put this right without going through each history myself?
