So Im Watching Law and Order Right....
When suddenly I hear this voice be like "Frank looks at the table". I'm like WTF? I keep watching the show and every time a character does something it announces what they do. I think it might be some kind of a feature for blind people who watch tv or something. I was just wondering if anyone knew how get the voice off!
