Without even debating whether or not those laws you listed could even be applied to a "rigging" case, they most certainly would not apply at all to TruePoker due to their location.
TruePoker mentioned the criminality aspect, insinuating it would be illegal, and I'd like to see if that is in fact true,
considering his jurisdiction. Costa Rica, Antigua, or wherever he is located.
