Default QQ in blind steal situation

This hand is rather similar to the hand posted by OneOuter, but I thought I would ask for opinions nonetheless.

Online 5-10...Villain can be pretty sLAGgy, at least against me. Indeed, in a prior blind steal hand on another table (when he was unknown to me), with me the stealer and him the defender, on a board of 23438 [rainbow], after he just called PF, he then bet the flop (I called), he checkraised the turn (I called), and then he bet the river--and we both held A2.

On this current hand, I'm dealt black queens, and openraise on the button. The SB folds, and Villain calls.

Flop: 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
He checks, I bet, he calls.

Turn: T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
He checks, I bet, he checkraises, I call.

River: J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
He bets, I call.

Does anyone three-bet the turn or raise the river?
