Pot size is good relative to his stack. He's passive so he hit/has something here. There aren't many turn cards that kill the action. If you call there is $3.4 in the pot and he has $5.3 left after his bet. I would call and expect him to bet again, and shove. If he checks just bet 2/3 pot and he is committed on river. Shoving now might force him out and if he calls you're seeing two more cards anyways. I'd rather hang him here.
